11-Cities Brewery is born out of a home-brewer’s passion which was initially sparked from an off the shelve all-grain home brewing kit. We came a long way from the excitement of exploding bottles under extreme Florida summer weather conditions to scoring top places in home brewing competitions!


Our brews are frequently inspired by traditional German and Belgian styles that we experiment with, improve, and tweak to create unique delicious brews.


Our brewery is rooted in a firm belief that best companies show utmost respect to the environment and people whose lives they impact. 11 Cities Brewery purchases its ingredients from
local suppliers who demonstrate their commitment to sustainable growing practices. Our operations minimize any negative environmental impacts that we currently incur with the hope of operating as carbon neutral and 100% water and waste recycling business in future. And we demonstrate our commitment to people around us by brewing the tastiest, organic, and healthiest beers to enjoy!

Today this Frisian Brew Troubadour is brewing his beers at the facilities of various other breweries and brewing incubators (gypsy or troubadour brewing) and collaborating with many other brewers.
